Admerex Holdings Acquires Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc., Setting Stage for Full-Suite BPO Relaunch

Admerex Holdings Inc. today announced the successful acquisition of a controlling stake in Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI), a Philippine-based collections and recovery firm with nearly two decades of operating history. The transaction, formalized through a Share Purchase Agreement signed on April 30, 2026, marks Admerex's strategic entry into the country's collections and outsourcing sector and lays the foundation for a broader transformation of the acquired business into a full-suite Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider.

Advantage was founded in 2008 and built a reputation for steady, principled work in third-party collections. Following the departure of her co-founders, majority owner Grace Piano had carried the business forward on her own for several years — sustaining operations, retaining a loyal client base, but with limited room to invest in the scale, technology, and product expansion needed to grow beyond its founding scope.

Under the new ownership structure, Admerex will retain the Advantage brand and operating team while injecting fresh capital, modern infrastructure, and a broader service mandate. The company's relaunch plan includes the rollout of an enterprise-grade collections technology platform, expanded outbound sales and customer engagement services, quality assurance and workforce management capabilities, and — over time — the addition of complementary BPO service lines that will position the company to compete across the full outsourcing value chain.

Admerex's plans for Advantage in the coming months include onboarding to a multi-tenant collections and outbound sales platform, expanding the agent and supervisor workforce, formalizing quality and compliance functions, and opening discussions with prospective banking, lending, and enterprise clients for the expanded service offering. A staged relaunch is targeted for the second half of 2026.
