Admerex Portfolio Company Advantage Expands into a Full-Suite BPO Provider

Admerex Holdings Inc. today announced that its anchor operating company, Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI), is expanding from a specialist third-party collections provider into a full-suite Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, serving Philippine and international clients across the full customer lifecycle.

The expansion advances the investment thesis Admerex set at the time of its 2026 acquisition of Advantage: take an 18-year-old collections business with a disciplined operating record and, as an active owner, broaden it into a full customer-operations platform. Admerex is funding reinvestment in Advantage's people, technology, and service lines to that end.

The thesis in practice

Advantage is progressively building out a portfolio of customer operations services — inbound and outbound customer support, revenue generation and sales, third-party collections and recovery, staff leasing and manpower, and managed back-office services. Collections and recovery remains the anchor discipline; the new service lines extend that same operating rigour across a wider mandate. The build-out is anchored by Advantage's new Grade-A headquarters at Robinsons Equitable Tower in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City, and by an ongoing enterprise-grade customer engagement technology rollout.
