Admerex Holdings Funds Advantage's Move to Grade-A Ortigas Centre HQ as Anchor Company Begins Full-Suite BPO Transformation

Admerex Holdings Inc. today announced that Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI), the anchor operating company in its growing portfolio, will relocate its headquarters and operations to a Grade-A office building in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. The move marks the first major operational milestone in Advantage's post-acquisition investment program, following Admerex's controlling-stake acquisition of the 18-year-old Philippine BPO in April 2026.

The new office ends Advantage's 18-year run in Kapitolyo, Pasig — the company's home since its founding in 2008. While the Kapitolyo location served the business through nearly two decades of steady operation, its capacity had become a constraint on Advantage's ability to grow its workforce and broaden beyond its traditional collections offering. The Ortigas Centre facility opens substantial runway for both.

The relocation is being funded directly by Admerex Holdings as part of the broader investment program announced at the time of the acquisition. That program includes the rollout of an enterprise-grade collections and customer engagement technology platform, expansion of the agent and supervisor workforce, and the progressive introduction of additional BPO service lines including outbound sales, customer engagement, and quality and workforce management.

The Ortigas Centre location is centrally situated within Metro Manila's business core, with direct access to all major public transportation links. Specific address details will be disclosed upon execution of the lease agreement in the coming weeks. Existing client engagements at Advantage will continue without interruption, and the leadership team and operational staff will move together to the new location.

The investment in Advantage's new headquarters reflects Admerex's operator-led capital approach — deploying capital across five strategies (angel and venture investments, strategic acquisitions, follow-on portfolio support, and M&A advisory and integration) with hands-on operating involvement rather than passive ownership. Advantage represents the strategic acquisitions pillar of that approach, held for the long term and actively recapitalised under Admerex Holdings.
